To Serve:
You can freeze our Camembert Style, but we really recommend eating it fresh. It will still taste great once defrosted, but the rind will be less fluffy.

After 30 years, I can’t remember what actual Camembert is like but I don’t really care – this is absolutely delicious in its own right. Also, unlike most other vegan cheeses, it’s based on nuts, not coconut oil – an important consideration for those of us old enough to worry about our arteries!
