To Serve:
You can freeze our Camblue, but we really recommend eating it fresh. It will still taste great once defrosted, but the rind will be less fluffy.
Pair with:
🍴 Sliced pears, grapes or figs and chutney. Saltine crackers or a thin slice of fruity cake.
🍷 Spanish Cava (just discovered Freixenet is now vegan! 🙏 ) or an off-dry Riesling.
