Returns Policy

Here at Mouse’s Favourite we are dedicated to manufacturing the highest quality products possible. We take great care to ensure that only our best leaves the premises. In the unfortunate event that a product of questionable quality is dispatched to you, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please  email us at mousesfavourite@gmail.com to get in touch about a replacement.

In all other instances:

All food sales are final.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Your  address, including postcode, is correctly entered and complete.
  • Your delivery address will have either someone available to accept delivery at all times or you have specified a safe place.
  • You have notified us if you need your goods for a deadline, especially in the case of backorder items such as cream cheese which may delay your order by up to a week.
  • You report any lost parcel to the delivery service provider or us within 7 days.

Mouse’s Favourite is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of packages being returned to a postal depot or being undeliverable.
