Delivery Information

Important!
Please make sure you are:
1) Going to be in for the delivery
OR
2) Have it delivered to a business address
OR
3) Specify a safe place or neighbour’s home where it can be left if you are out.

We currently ship Monday-Wednesday on a next day service. Orders received up until 6pm Tuesday will be sent out by Wednesday (provided they do not contain a back-order item). Any received after that will be sent the following week.

If you have specific or urgent delivery requirements please email us in case we are still able to accommodate them.

Because our cheeses need to be kept chilled we send them with icepacks and use a next day delivery service. Please refrigerate them as soon as you receive them. We pack enough ice to last for 2 days in case of a delayed delivery.

Back-order items may delay your order by up to a week. So for example if you order Monday but your order contains a back-order item such as cream cheese, it is possible you won’t receive it until the following Friday (ie 11 days later). You are welcome to email us to find out a specific eta.

You will receive an automated email from us letting you know when your order has been shipped and also from the courier to let you know it’s on its way and giving you tracking details. If you haven’t received them, please check your spam inbox as confirmation emails quite often end up in there.

Shipping Cost:

We currently offer a flat rate delivery charge of £5.99, including to Scotland for all orders over £9.98. We use a variety of couriers including DHL, Royal Mail and Parcelforce, depending on your location.

Orders under £9.99 will be charged £8.99 for shipping. This is because our £5.99 postage charge purely covers the courier cost and not the insulated packaging materials, ice or packing time.  

Orders over £75 qualify for free shipping.

Returns:

All food sales are final.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check they have provided the correct shipping address and postcode. 
Mouse’s Favourite is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of packages being returned to a postal depot or being undeliverable.

If the goods are delivered damaged, or have anything else wrong with them, please let us know immediately.

International:

Due to Brexit we can now only ship within the UK. 

Personal Information:

Any delivery information given by the customer is passed on to the courier company so that the customer can receive updates of delivery windows, times, rescheduled deliveries etc. It is not used to contact the customer for any other reason, or passed on to any other third party by us.
