Made from a blend of organic cashew milk and organic fairtrade coconut oil, this butter is 100% dairy-free with an incredibly buttery taste that will make you forget you’re not eating butter from cows. Did we mention how buttery it is? It’s lightly salted and cultured for a complex and creamy taste with a depth of flavour that you can’t fake, you can only culture.
It’s spreadable straight from the fridge, making it the perfect addition to your morning toast or afternoon snack.
Spread it thick on fresh bread or lightly in genteel cucumber sandwiches. Dollop it generously onto a hot baked potato and watch it melt into the cracks before mashing it in with your fork. Let it escape into the holes of a hot crumpet before heaping on the strawberry jam. Layer it lavishly under beans on toast. It’s great for baking.
You can even create butter curls like it’s 1973.

To Serve:
Keep in the fridge until you need it. It’s spreadable straight away, but will become more malleable after about 5 minutes (especially if you want to make some curls!)
Vegan Gold freezes really well and is ready to eat within about an hour if left to defrost in the fridge.
Pair with:
🍴 Fresh, crusty bread – spread it thick – (we do like a little bit of bread with our butter!)
☕️ A hot cup of tea with oat milk.
Cook:
🥄 Perfect for all kinds of baking. Melt into baked potato or onto freshly steamed peas. Combine it with our True Blue and some silken tofu to make a cheesy quiche.
