This is the firmest of our current range and has a cheesy, savoury taste – it is the most similar to cheddar of all our cheeses. It is coated in a deep purple wax to seal in the flavour while it ages.
Ingredients: organic cashews, water, salt, mushroom stock, cultures.

Aged Classic is made from organic cashews and aged for several weeks to develop a rich, umami flavour and medium firm texture.
