We generally ship only on Wednesdays for delivery on Thursdays. Orders received up until midnight Tuesday will be sent out Wednesday, any received after that will be sent the following week.
If you have specific or urgent delivery requirements please email us in case we are able to accommodate them. Weekday deliveries are preferable as there is less chance of the cheese getting stuck in a depot and because all courier companies charge extra for Saturday deliveries.
Please make sure you are going to be in for the delivery, have it delivered to a business address, or specify a safe place or neighbour’s home where it can be left. You can leave specific instructions when you place the order.
Because our cheeses need to be kept chilled we send them with icepacks and use a next day delivery service. Please refrigerate them as soon as you receive them.
Any delivery information given by the customer is passed on to the courier company so that the customer can receive updates of delivery windows, times, rescheduled deliveries etc. It is not used to contact the customer for any other reason, or passed on to any other third party by us.
All food sales are final. Mouse’s Favourite is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of packages being returned to a postal depot or being undeliverable. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number and email address.
If the goods are delivered the next day but are damaged, or have anything else wrong with them, please do let us know as we want to you be happy with your purchases.
